Our founding attorneys Attorney Yusuf Kaplan and Attorney Tuğçe Nur Kaplan Under their management, our Adana-based firm provides legal consultancy, litigation and enforcement services throughout Türkiye. Current legislation and practice are closely followed, with the aim of assessing each legal dispute according to its own circumstances and protecting clients’ legal interests.

Attorney Yusuf Kaplan

Attorney Yusuf Kaplan graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2015 and was admitted to the Adana Bar Association in 2017, when he began practising law. His professional practice focuses primarily on Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Law, Employment Law, Expropriation Law, Lease Law, and Insurance and Traffic Law.

His professional work focuses on legal consultancy, litigation and enforcement proceedings, collection of receivables, assessment of contractual relationships, dispute resolution and analysis of legal risks.

He provides legal consultancy and litigation services particularly in employee-employer disputes, employment receivables, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, commercial disputes, lease relations, insurance and traffic disputes, and legal processes concerning expropriation and real estate.

Expert Witness Practice He carries out expert-witness work in the field of qualified calculations arising from employment legislation.

Attorney Tuğçe Nur Kaplan

Attorney Tuğçe Nur Kaplan was admitted to the Adana Bar Association in 2019 and began practising law. Her professional practice covers various areas of law, particularly Employment Law, Family and Divorce Law, Consumer Law, Contract Law, and IT and E-Commerce Law.

Her professional work focuses on legal consultancy, prevention and resolution of disputes, follow-up of litigation and court proceedings, drafting and review of contracts, and assessment of legal risks.

She works particularly on employee-employer disputes, employment receivables, consumer disputes, family and divorce matters, contractual relationships, and legal issues arising from digital environments and e-commerce activities.

Personal Data Protection and the Turkish Data Protection Law Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, she provides legal consultancy concerning personal-data processing, information obligations, data security, contracts and assessment of legal risks.
